Illustrative nature of the material

Finishes, textures, colors, furniture, planting, lighting and set dressing shown in the graphic material are indicative and may vary from the final execution of the work, which depends on technical specifications, material availability, site conditions and decisions taken during construction. 57 Uno Estudio SAS does not guarantee an exact match between the published visual material and the built result.

Where variations come from

Differences between the visual material and the executed work may arise, among other causes, from:

• technical, engineering or cross-discipline coordination adjustments;
• regulatory requirements, permits or decisions of the competent authority;
• availability, substitution or discontinuation of materials and finishes;
• actual site and surrounding conditions;
• decisions by the client, the contractor or the construction supervisor taken at later design stages or during construction.

Such variations are not attributable to 57 Uno Estudio SAS, provided they do not substantially alter the agreed design concept.

The material does not replace technical documents

The published graphic material serves solely to communicate the architectural concept. It does not replace the drawings, technical specifications or design documents formally delivered to each client, which are the only binding documents of a project.

Project stages

This site publishes projects at different stages: proposals, schematic designs, designs under development and built work. The presence of a project in this portfolio does not imply that it has been built or that it will be executed as shown. Where the material is photography of completed work, it reflects the state of the project at the time it was recorded.

Project data

Areas, unit counts, programs and years shown on each project page are approximate and come from the project documentation at the corresponding stage. They may change during development and do not constitute a commercial offer or a sales commitment.

Images, renders, videos and drawings published here are protected by copyright; reproduction, distribution or modification without written authorization from 57 Uno Estudio SAS is not permitted. Processing of personal data is governed by our Privacy Policy.
